Do you want to start seeds indoors, but you just don’t have the space? Are you looking for a more efficient way to start and grow seeds? If so, this is the class for you! Soil blocking is a perfect fit for home gardeners and a viable seed starting method for farmers and growers of all types. Using this easy to manage, self-contained method you can support up to 240 seedlings in the footprint of a 12” x 24” table top grow light.

The Currituck County Master Gardener℠ Volunteer’s Speakers Bureau is presenting this free, hands-on class on Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center, located at 120 Community Way in Barco, NC. Register for this event at soilblocking1.eventbrite.com
