Is one of your New Year’s goals to eat healthier or eat out less?
Ensure you and your family have a nutritious meal for dinner by planning ahead. Join us on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as we learn the valuable skills of batch cooking, freezing, and preparing meals ahead. We will also explore menu planning to help ease the stress of making dinner on those busy weeknights.
This in-person class has a $15.00 fee and will leave you with some goodies!

We are accepting cash and check payments in addition to paying via credit card through Eventbrite. Please, make checks payable to NCSU. Checks and cash payments can be received at the Currituck Extension Office located at 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917, within 5 days of registration.
Class size is limited and full registration, including payment, is required to hold your spot. If you have any problems registering please feel free to call us at 252-232-2261, and we will walk you through the process.

Currently, masks are not required for indoor in-person classes but are encouraged for unvaccinated individuals. Please be aware this could change in light of changing state or local COVID-19 mandates.
