Public Notice: The Currituck County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Historic Currituck Courthouse.
For the purpose of receiving comments on a proposed amendment to Section 9-1 of the Currituck County Code of Ordinances to allow as an exception to the ordinance prohibiting discharge of firearms "turkey shoots" held as fundraisers by not for profit organizations.
Planning Notice: The Planning Board will NOT present any cases at the Board of Commissioners meeting on Monday, February 6, 2012.
