Currituck County's Annual Hazardous Waste Collection Event is scheduled for two (2) location on Saturday, April 1, 2017.   Take acceptable household waste items to Currituck Judicial Center between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or South Outer Banks Water Plant between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Take a moment and look over the list of what items are acceptable household hazardous waste and what items are unacceptable waste.

Please note: This year's event will not accept Latex Paint. Once the Latex Paint is properly prepared it will be accepted as regular trash.
