Legal Announcements: A summary of Planning Board cases that will be presented at the Monday, May 5, 2014  Board of Commissioners meeting.

Public Notice: Currituck County Board of Commissioners will meet with North Carolina Secretary of Commerce Sharon Decker for a lunch meeting at 12:30 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2014, at the COA Regional Aviation and Technical Training .

Election Central

Several political seats that concern Currituck County citizens are contested for the Tuesday, May 6, 2014 primary election. The Currituck Chamber of Commerce recently held a political forum for the contested seats.

Two questions that are important to Currituck citizens were given to each seat candidate. The candidates had 3 minutes to address the issues and explain how they would handle them problem.

Fire & EMS Advisory Board will not meet Thursday, April 24.  

The Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday, May 5, at 7:00 p.m. in the Historic Courthouse.   

The Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Historic Courthouse.
