Flex Time for Physical Activity
Knowing that it is difficult to get time off to attend certain Health and Wellness Programs the Currituck County Employee Wellness Committee created a Flex Time Physical Activity Policy to give the employee a chance to work with their supervisor for a modification of a standard work day schedule.
Request for Flex Time may be made by submitting to the department head an Employee Request for Exercise and Health Activity Time form. The time for this activity shall be determined by an agreement between the employee and his/her department head so as not to interfere with normal work requirements.
