Currituck County owns several small lots in Albemarle Sound Beach Estates Subdivision in Jarvisburg, NC and is soliciting offers from the public for purchase of any of these lots at a minimum sales price of $7,500.00 each. The majority of these lots were acquired through tax foreclosure. Anyone wishing to bid on a lot may do so by submitting a written bid along with a bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid price.
