External Communication Policy Questionnaire

The Currituck County External Communication Policy committee is developing a policy that will outline how county departments use external communication, such as social media, websites, newspapers, radio announcements, logos, letterhead, etc. 

To develop a well-rounded policy, we need to see how your department is currently using some of these venues. Please complete the questionnaire below to the best of your knowledge. Be sure to share this questionnaire with your employees to find out if they are using any of these venues to communicate with the public or with fellow Currituck employees. 

Every department must complete the questionnaire. If you have any question call Deb Embrey at 252-232-6050 or Randall Edwards at 252-232-0719.

  • how often the social media is updated
  • any issues you have had with the account and how you handled the issues
